Returns

We want you to have the best possible experience shopping with Frog Dog Co. so to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend checking our Sizing Chart for details on how to measure and select the appropriate sized item for your dog to avoid any issues. We also advise double checking your measurements, and if you are between sizes then we recommend choosing the larger size. If you are in any doubt, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to help you find the right size.

Sale & Personalised Items

Please take extra care to select appropriate sizing when ordering Sale and Personalised items. These items are clearly marked on our website, and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns and Replacements

Our returns and replacements policy is 30 days from your order date, with the exception of Personalised products which cannot be refunded.

If you find your order doesn't fit or has been damaged in transit, please Contact Us to initiate a return or replacement. This allows us to hold any replacement items for you if available, and issue a Returns number to you. 

Returns must arrive back to us in NEW and UNUSED condition, free of hair and with original tags still attached in order for us to issue a replacement. Returned items which do not arrive in this condition will not be replaced or refunded.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are at the customers expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, to ensure its safe arrival to us.

Refunds

After following the Returns and Replacements process above, in the event that we aren't able to send you a suitable replacement item, we will issue a refund with the exception of Personalised products which cannot be refunded. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your refund has been processed, please contact us Contact Us
